The Caribbean Employers’ Confederation (CEC) is an umbrella non-profit organisation is dedicated to the development and promotion of good industrial relations practices at the enterprise and macro-level and is committed towards achieving productivity and prosperity for member countries and the region as a whole.The CEC represents the interest of 15 National Employer Organisations and/or Chambers of Commerce in the English, French and Dutch speaking Caribbean.
