Ms Erica Martin joined the International Labour Organization in 2010. She previously worked in the International Labour Standards Department at ILO Headquarters in Geneva, focusing on standards- related issues, including child labour, forced labour, freedom of association, violence and harassment, labour inspection and occupational safety and health. Ms Martin, a Canadian national, recently joined the ILO Decent Work Team and Office for the Caribbean as the Labour Law and International Labour Standards Specialist.
